VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There’s a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next.
In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety, but will almost always include sun salutations. Some classes include warm-up stretches while others launch straight into standing poses. You can do a beginner or advanced version of the vinyasa.
